Standard: This is the best quality that I have, may include very minor scratching on the PVC, but MINOR.
Minor Flawed: There may be noticeable scratch on surface. Structurally fine.
Major Flawed: Cracking in PVC/excess burn marks around hem. Deeper dents in PVC then other grades allow.
In both flaw tiers bags are still perfectly fine quality-wise! No popped seams or otherwise

There is a customer limit to how many of an individual pin someone can buy. If that is exceeded, you will be contacted and issued a refund for the overage. The limit varies from design to design.

When will [Pin] be coming back?
Most of my pins are limited edition and I release them in waves. If a pin is listed with [LAST SHOT] in the title, it will not be coming back for sale after that batch sells out. If you are looking for a certain pin you can check the trade space on Facebook. Squadron Goals Trade Space.
My item was lost! Can I have a new one?
Items that are marked delivered via tracking are not eligible to be replaced. Please note you can check out of the shop using priority shipping which is insured.
Items that are lost in transit are eligible for replacement. Please contact me via DM.
Items marked delivered can be repurchased under a custom listing if discussed with shop owner.

The quality of this bag is awesome! Great quality material. As it was listed “minor flawed”, I hadn’t purchased an item like that before, so I messaged her for further details on that. Honestly, I wouldn’t have even known that it was flawed, if it wasn’t listed that way. Couldn’t even tell you what the flaw was! She’s also very timely on her responses. Thank you so much for such an awesome item!! Love my bag. I use it every day, both as a purse AND as a backpack!! :D
